Lidteq repairs and rehomes good electronics
A repair bench and a small technology store in Willow Park Manor, Pretoria East — built on honest diagnostics, board-level skill and refurbished hardware we would put in our own homes.
Lidteq is a repair workshop and online store for everyday electronics. On the repair side we diagnose and fix televisions, gaming consoles, laptops, smartphones and smartwatches, working down to board level: failed TV main boards, T-Con boards, power supplies, HDMI ports, charging faults and liquid damage. Instead of guessing, we test first, quote the actual fault, and do nothing until you approve the price. This site is where that process starts — you describe the device and the symptoms, our quote engine gives you a live estimate range, and a technician confirms the final figure after a bench assessment at our Willow Park Manor workshop.
The store side sells the same standard of device we service: preloved TVs, consoles, laptops, phones and watches that have been repaired where needed, stress-tested, cleaned and restored, each listed with its specs and restoration history. We also stock spare TV parts — main boards, T-Con boards and power supplies — for installers, resellers and anyone keeping an older set alive. Everything can be collected from the workshop in Pretoria East or delivered locally.
We build and run Lidteq ourselves — a small team of technicians based at Co.Space Entrepreneur Village in Pretoria. We work mostly with households across Pretoria East and Gauteng, plus gamers, students, small businesses and resellers who need reliable hardware without retail prices. Because the people who repair the devices also write the listings, what you read on a product page is what a technician actually checked on the bench.
How we work
Board-level repair
We work down to component level on main boards, T-Con boards and power supplies — the faults most workshops send away.
Tested, then warrantied
Every refurbished device is stress-tested and leaves with a warranty, along with the restoration notes from our bench.
Preloved, not landfill
Repairing and rehoming working electronics keeps good hardware in service and out of the waste stream.
